Custom OEM / ODM Solutions
Jasper CNC supports full OEM and ODM customization — including table dimensions, spindle configuration, control system branding, and CE/UL documentation for your target market. Minimum tooling requirements vary by model. Contact our engineering team to discuss your specs and lead time.

Technical Support & Spare Parts
All Jasper CNC machines ship with a full parts diagram, wiring schematic, and operation manual in English. Remote video support is available within 12 hours of a support request. Genuine spare parts — spindles, servo drives, tool holders, and vacuum pumps — are stocked and ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Email our technical team with your machine serial number.
Shipping & Export Process
We ship globally under FOB Guangzhou or Yantian port terms. Each machine is vacuum-packed, wooden-crated, and secured with anti-corrosion treatment for ocean freight. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, and CE certificate of origin. Average transit time to Southeast Asia is 7–14 days; Europe and North America 25–35 days.
Payment Terms & MOQ
Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with 70% balance paid before shipment. For orders above USD 80,000, L/C at sight is accepted. There is no minimum order quantity — single-machine purchases are welcome. Volume discounts apply for orders of 3 units or more. Request a proforma invoice to get started.
Warranty & After-Sales
Every machine carries a two-year warranty covering applicable manufacturing, assembly and component-quality issues under the agreed warranty terms. Consumable parts and normal wear items are excluded. Customers can submit fault descriptions, alarms, photos and videos for remote diagnosis; if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, technical personnel and replacement parts can be arranged according to the situation.

Our 20,000 m² production facility in Ganzhou, Jiangxi is open for buyer visits by appointment. We attend CIFM / interzum Guangzhou every May, the Canton Fair each spring and autumn, and select regional expos in Southeast Asia and Europe.
