All Jasper CNC machines ship with a full parts diagram, wiring schematic, and operation manual in الإنجليزية. Remote video support is available within 12 hours of a support request. عملية الشحن والتصدير
We ship globally under FOB Guangzhou or Yantian port terms. Each machine is vacuum-packed, wooden-crated, and secured with anti-corrosion treatment for ocean freight. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, and CE certificate of origin. Average transit time to Southeast Asia is 7–14 days; Europe and North America 25–35 days.

Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with 70% balance paid before shipment. For orders above USD 80,000, L/C at sight is accepted. الضمان وما بعد البيع
Every machine carries a two-year warranty covering applicable manufacturing, assembly and component-quality issues under the agreed warranty terms. Consumable parts and normal wear items are excluded. Customers can submit fault descriptions, alarms, photos and videos for remote diagnosis; if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, technical personnel and replacement parts can be arranged according to the situation.
