How Danwood doubled chair-component processing efficiency while maintaining the precision required for high-end export furniture.
High-end furniture built for global markets
Danwood is an Indonesian high-end furniture manufacturer serving international markets, including the United States and Europe. Its production covers premium cabinetry, solid wood chairs and other customized furniture.
The company had long relied on European equipment from brands such as Biesse and Bacci. As order volumes increased, Danwood needed to preserve product quality and machining consistency while raising output for larger production batches.

Five priorities shaped the project
The new solution needed to increase throughput without sacrificing the consistency expected in export furniture production.
Two complementary machining systems
Following technical discussions, product tests and process confirmation, the project was configured around Danwood’s chair, cabinet and solid wood furniture workflows.

16-Head Machining Center
Configured for drilling, milling and grooving chair parts, solid wood components and repeat furniture parts. Multiple machining heads reduce manual tool changes and repeated positioning.

Five-Side Machining Center
Configured to machine five directions in one setup, supporting drilling, milling, grooving and irregular processing while reducing errors from repeated clamping.
Installation, calibration and operator training
Jasper technicians worked with the local dealer service team to bring the equipment into production and establish a practical support workflow.
From delivery to production readiness

Support continues after installation.
Jasper supplied an equipment-use and acceptance report covering accuracy, test machining, parameters and training. A dedicated WhatsApp support group connects Danwood’s operators, the local dealer team and Jasper engineers for continued software, program, parameter and maintenance support.
