Founded in 2002 in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, Jasper CNC designs and manufactures woodworking machinery for furniture factories and solid wood component producers. Our 20,000 m² facility supports machine assembly, system integration, application testing and pre-delivery inspection.

Our product portfolio covers cutting and sawing, planing and moulding, milling and drilling, multi-head machining, five-axis CNC processing, sanding and connected production lines for chairs, tables, furniture legs, frames and irregular solid wood parts.

Each project begins with the workpiece. We review drawings or samples, wood species, machining processes, target output, factory layout and utility conditions before moving through solution design, test machining, inspection, delivery, installation and operator training.

Commissioning & Test Machining
Before shipment, the machine is commissioned, inspected and tested. For application-specific projects, customer workpieces can be used to verify the program, machining process, finished-part result and practical cycle time.

Jasper does not begin with a generic machine specification. The engineering route starts with the component, the required operations and the customer’s production target, then connects the appropriate machine structure, fixtures, spindle arrangement, control system and workflow.

From production requirement to a working machine

Every standard or customized project follows a practical engineering path. Technical decisions are checked against the customer’s workpiece and production conditions before the machine is released for delivery.

01 · REQUIREMENTSReview drawings, samples, wood species, dimensions, machining faces, joints, current process, batch size, target output and quality expectations.
02 · DESIGNConfirm the machine type, processing sequence, spindle and station arrangement, fixtures, control system, utilities and factory layout requirements.
03 · BUILDPrepare the mechanical structure, motion system, electrical control, tooling, fixtures and software configuration for assembly and integration.
04 · TESTCommission the machine, inspect movement and functions, run the machining program and test the customer’s workpiece when application validation is required.
05 · DELIVERConfirm the machine, sample and test materials with the customer, then arrange export packing, shipment, installation, training and final handover.
Quality Control

Inspection continues from assembly to final acceptance

Quality control is tied to the approved machine configuration and the intended workpiece. Final performance is verified through machine commissioning, functional checks and application testing rather than appearance inspection alone.

Configuration check: verify the principal machine structure, processing units, fixtures, control components and electrical specification against the confirmed order.
Mechanical and motion inspection: check machine movement, alignment, homing, limits, clamping and the operating condition of each axis and processing unit.
Functional commissioning: test the CNC control, servo system, spindle units, tool or station sequence, pneumatic functions and required safety controls.
Customer-workpiece test: validate the machining program, process sequence, finished-part dimensions and practical cycle time when drawings, samples or a physical workpiece are supplied.
Pre-shipment confirmation: provide machine-running, test-machining, sample and configuration materials for customer confirmation before packing and dispatch.
International Service
Support Beyond Machine Delivery
Jasper combines factory engineering support with overseas distributors and local technical partners. The published Danwood project in Indonesia shows this service model in practice: Jasper technicians worked with the local dealer team on installation, calibration, operator training, test machining and continued support.
Installation, training
and a two-year machine warranty.

On-site installation normally takes about 2–3 days, depending on machine type, quantity, site conditions and test requirements. Remote diagnosis, software and program assistance, spare-parts coordination and technical support continue after handover and after the warranty period.
